Why can I only do some things on the site?

While there are tons of super fabulous things for everyone to do on GroovyGirls.com, only RSVP Members get access to exclusive extras on the site. If you want to become an RSVP Member, enter your RSVP Product Code at any time. Then you'll have full access to the whole site! Remember, RSVP Codes only come with Groovy Girls RSVP Dolls and Groovy Girls RSVP Pets.

Do I have to pay to join the site?

No way! GroovyGirls.com is free to everyone. Our special RSVP Membership is also free when you enter an RSVP Code—they come with all Groovy Girls RSVP Dolls and Groovy Girls RSVP Pets. Just check inside the attached pink envelope. Anyone can check out a full list of super cool RSVP extras: just log in or register, then check out "About RSVP" in the upper corner of the site. Or, check out the Sneak Peak on the homepage.

Can I create a Groovy Girls Wish List to share with my friends and family?

Sure! Just log in or register and click on "Stylin' Stuff" in your Mod Pod. You'll be able to add your favorite Groovy Girls dolls and accessories to your very own Wish List-be sure to e-mail it to yourself so you remember...or to your parents for great gift ideas!

Does my character stay the same after I log out?

You bet! Your character will be wearing the last outfit and hairstyle you chose for her the next time you log in. It's the best!

What can I do in my Mod Pod?

Your Mod Pod is the best place to chill out. There, you can:

Decorate your space
Chat with your friends on your Groovy Girls Laptop
Check out the photos you've saved to your Photo Album
Change your outfit and hairstyle
Create and email your Groovy Girls wish list
And much more!

Are you an RSVP Member? Does my GroovyGirls.com closet ever get full?

It depends. Your closet is filled with lots of cool outfits that will always be waiting for you. If you're an RSVP Member, you may also store one doll outfit for every RSVP Doll Code you enter* and 10 Creation Station outfits in your closet. If you are already storing 10 created outfits, and want to create another, you'll need to recycle one created outfit first.

What can I do in the Creation Station?

So much! If you're an RSVP Member, you can use the Creation Station to create and save awesome outfits. Every time you enter a new RSVP Code, you get more clothing options to mix and match!*

How do I earn Party Points and Rewards?

Once you have entered an RSVP Code, you are able to earn up to 100 Party Points per day by completing four daily activities listed in the Party Points navigation and in the "My Party Points" area of your Groovy Girls Laptop. All users are provided with the same daily activities—and, you receive extra bonus points each time you enter an RSVP Code!

As you earn points, you will receive digital rewards. These can include new furniture and patterns for your Mod Pod, new Creation Station styles to mix-and-match, and even new RSVP outfits to wear throughout the site. How cool! You can check your points on your Groovy Girls Laptop to see when your next reward is coming.

Even better, the more Party Points accrued by our site members, the more Groovy Girls dolls we donate to charity annually. Learn more about our Party for Good program.

What can I do at GroovyGirls.com parties?

At GroovyGirls.com, the Posh Party never stops! Become a site member and you can go there to:

How do I find my friends on GroovyGirls.com?

If you know your friend's member nickname, it's easy to see if they're on our site. You can look up buddies on your Groovy Girls Laptop Chat Buddies list, or, check for buddies in the "Let's Go Party" drop-down. It's so easy!

How do I make new friends on GroovyGirls.com?

You can add any site member to your "Buddies" list (located in the Chat section of your Groovy Girls Laptop) by rolling over their character at any Party and clicking "Add as Buddy." You can also click on the "Make New Friends" tab while in Groovy Girls Laptop Chat-just pick a nickname, and select "Add as Buddy," Cool!

How many buddies can I add to my Buddies list?

You can make as many friends as you want!

How can I tell if my friends want to chat on GroovyGirls.com?

It's easy to find out who wants to chat. Just click on your "Buddies" list (located in the Chat section of your Groovy Girls Laptop) and check to see who's "online" and who's "offline." If your friend is "online" she might want to chat too! You can also check out the party lists to see where your friends are hanging out, any time!

How do I go to a different room or party?

It's so simple. To switch rooms or parties, or to go back to your Mod Pod, just use the buttons at the top of your screen.

Do I get anything for winning RSVP games?

Right now, GroovyGirls.com doesn't keep track of points for winning games. Each Groovy Girls RSVP Doll and RSVP Pet comes with a pink envelope attached that contains an RSVP Code. Enter your RSVP Code on our site to get exclusive access to even more online fun!

What types of Groovy Girls RSVP products are available?

Currently there are Groovy Girls RSVP Dolls and Groovy Girls RSVP Pets available for purchase. Each Groovy Girls RSVP product comes with a pink RSVP envelope attached. Inside every envelope is an RSVP Code that provides access to exclusive environments and items on GroovyGirls.com.

And, we will be introducing new Groovy Girls RSVP products throughout the year. Awesome!

What do I get when I enter an RSVP Code?

Just register or log in, and then enter the RSVP Code that came in the pink envelope attached to your Groovy Girls RSVP product, and you'll get access to exclusive GroovyGirls.com extras:

As an RSVP member, you will receive access to exclusive online RSVP Parties and games, Party Points and rewards, can visit the Creation Station to create hundreds of new outfits, and will receive extra Groovy Girls Tunes to play—and download!

And, with an RSVP Doll, you'll also get:

Your Doll’s outfit added to your Closet and Creation Station,
Additional items added to your Creation Station*
A song from your Doll added to you Mod Pod and Dance Floor,
And, you can chat with your Doll on your Groovy Girls Laptop—what fun!

I just got a Groovy Girls RSVP product. Now what do I do?

Awesome! Now it's time to sign up to be an RSVP Member. It's super easy. Pick one of the following, based on if you're already a member or not:

Are you already a GroovyGirls.com Member?
Log into your Groovy Girls account. If you already have a nickname and password, you can enter your RSVP Code any time after you log in. Just go to the Enter RSVP Code Now page. Once there, enter the RSVP Code that came in the pink envelope attached to your RSVP product.

Are you new to the Groovy Girls site?
If you're not a site member, you must register first. After you have created your character, we'll ask you to enter your RVSP Code. Enter the RSVP Code that came in the pink envelope attached to your Groovy Girls RSVP product. If you have more than one RSVP product you can enter extra codes right then or on the Enter RSVP Code Now page once you log in.

Remember to hold onto your RSVP Code after you have entered it in case you need it again.

Do I get more stuff every time I enter a new RSVP Code?

Yes.* Every time you enter an RSVP Code from a different Groovy Girls RSVP product, you'll get terrific new exclusive online extras.

If you enter two codes from the same model of Groovy Girls RSVP product though, these extras will only be added when you enter the first code.

What happens if I have two of the same RSVP product?

If you have more than one of the same RSVP product, you'll get all the cool extras associated with that product the first time you enter an RSVP Code for that product.

Where can I get Groovy Girls RSVP Dolls?

How many Groovy Girls RSVP Dolls are there?

Currently, there are eight RSVP Birthday Collection Dolls available: Lakinzie, Latasha, Lycia, Libbi & Louie, Linea, Amelia, Alesa and Amara.

And, there are five Groovy Girls RSVP Pets available: Lunna and Liola are cats, and Lilac, Luckie and Locket are dogs.

We'll introduce new RSVP products every few months, so keep coming back to the site, and check ManhattanToy.com to purchase online.

Can I enter as many RSVP Codes as I want?

Yes! Every time you enter an RSVP Code on the site, you'll get cool extras based on your Groovy Girls RSVP product!*

Can I use the same RSVP Code twice?

No. You can only enter each RSVP Code once on GroovyGirls.com to get exclusive extras.

What happens if I lose my RSVP Code?

If you got a Groovy Girls RSVP product but lost the Code, please write, phone or email Manhattan Toy at:

When does my RSVP Code expire?

RSVP Codes don't expire, so come back and have fun often!

I entered RSVP Codes into two different accounts. Can I combine them?

Unfortunately, no. To make sure all of your cool extras are added to the same account, always log in using the same nickname and password. If you enter your RSVP Codes under different nicknames and passwords, you won't be able to combine all of the cool items you receive.

I got a Groovy Girls Doll that doesn't have an RSVP Code. What do I do now?

Our original Groovy Girls Dolls do not come with codes. Only Groovy Girls RSVP Dolls come with a code. If you don't have a Groovy Girls RSVP product, you can't register to be an RSVP Member. But, you can still register for the site! Membership is open to everyone, and includes access to:

Play in your new-and-improved Mod Pod
Chat on your Groovy Girls Laptop
Pose with pals in the Photo Studio
Hit the Dance Floor
Meet new friends at the Posh Party
And more!

Questions about your account?

Can I combine two accounts?

No, GroovyGirls.com accounts can't be combined. In order to maximize your RSVP codes, be sure to create and use only one account. That way, you'll always have access to all of your settings and RSVP items at one time!

Can I share an account with my friend or sister?

It's not a good idea. Only one person can use an account a time. Also, if you are the only person using your account, your information can't be changed or deleted without you knowing.

Can I change my nickname?

Yes. You can visit the For Parents section to update the nickname, password, email address and location associated with your account.

Why do you want my personal information?

We ask for your location so other Groovy Girls can see what country or state you're from. Also, we ask for (but don't require) your age and parent's email address so we can email you reminders when you forget your password.

How do I become a Member?

It's easy to join GroovyGirls.com! Just go to the homepage and select "register now." Then, follow the simple directions. Soon, you'll be on your way to having a great time!

To become an RSVP Member, you can enter an RSVP Code while registering or on the Enter RSVP Code Now page at any time after you log in.
